「A Certain Romance」は、アークティック・モンキーズのファースト・アルバムである『Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not』（2006年リリース）の最後の曲だ。NMEはこの曲を「奇妙に公平な曲で、アレックス・ターナーが最初に地元の人々を軽蔑し、曲の最後に彼らを許すように見える」と表現した。そして2000年代の名曲ランキングでも10位に選んだ。
